This page provides contractors and workers with quick access to the health and safety documents, procedures, and forms required when working on PBS projects.

If there is serious injury or immediate danger call Emergency Services — 111

In the case of emergency requiring evacuation of the site. Shut down all plant and equipment. All personnel on site are to proceed immediately by the safest route to the safe assembly point: THE FRONT OF PROPERTY BY LETTER BOX AWAY FROM OVERHEAD POWER LINES. And remain there, so all personnel can be accounted for. Do not return to site until it is safe to do so.

🦺 Pre-Start Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
Complete before starting work on site.

📋 Site Specific Safety Plan Sign-Off (SSSP)
Required for larger projects or higher-risk work.

🚧 Risk Assessment Sign-Off (RA)
Required for higher-risk work.

⚠️ Incident / Near Miss Report
Complete immediately if an incident or near miss occurs.

📷 New Site Hazard Report
Report any new hazards identified on site.

🔥 Hot Work Permit
Required before performing any hot works.

☣️ Asbestos Report
Complete if suspected asbestos or hazardous materials are discovered.

🔍 Safety Observation
Report anything health and safety related.

✅ Sub-Contractor Induction
Must be completed by new sub-contractors before starting work for PBS.
