Plastered finish

PBS Distributors offers a complete, durable and weathertight plastered finish system with the timber batten system VENTCLAD. PBS Distributors has built a reputation for durable, consistently well-engineered solutions in the New Zealand market.

THE PRODUCT:

eterpan BASE with a thickness as specified by the plaster manufacturer's system: 4.5 - 6.0 or 9.0 mm (refer to the manufacturer of the plaster system).

4.5 and 6.0 mm sheets with square edges for high-build applications with plaster systems with thickness 10.0 mm or over
9.0 mm with tapered edges are used for monolithic low-rise

Available sheet sizes are 2400 - 2700 - 3000 long by 1200 mm wide.

THE SYSTEM:

VentClad - a 20 mm cavity-based, negative detail or flush-finished, monolithic plaster wall cladding. The VentClad vertical battens are castellated on both sides to provide drainage and ventilation and the horizontal profiles consist of aluminium drainage channels.
