PBS Distributors offers various options with prefinished products for sunscreens: one consists of vertical or horizontal beams of pre-finished EUROPAN panels with wood grain (PARKLEX) or fibre cement with natural or even coatings. Perforated fibre cement panels or natural clay tiles TONALITY in baguette, lamelle or square format will combine perfectly with the existing facade range.

Choose the product between

1) Prefinished sheets europan with wood veneer (EUROPAN Parklex) or fibre cement (EUROPAN Natura, Eter-Color and Pictura)

2) Natural clay Tonality

Fire resistance

THE SYSTEM:

1) For EUROPAN Parklex wooden veneer:

Panels of 22 mm thick Fixed at max 1.2 m ctrs. Wood surface on both sides
Alu stiffening profiles on the sheet edges increase possible fixing distance of sheet
to span longer lengths fixing onto an aluminium or timber structure

2) For EUROPAN sheets: When fixed as sunscreen need to be supported every 600 mm in standard conditions. When perforated or in higher wind zones, a proprietary design has to be made. Contact PBS Distributors for more information.

3) For Clay Wall tiles Tonality - clay tiles are supported by an aluminium structure that runs through the clay tiles. The clay louvre tiles are 450 mm long and up to 4 elements can be combined per louvre (max 1800 mm long).
