Base For Stone

eterpan BASE offers the perfect base for glueing stone or brick slips, due to its unique production process. As a more monolithic fibre cement core, it offers guaranteed delamination resistance, even after multiple cycles of rain and frost.

THE PRODUCT:

eterpan BASE has a rough, unsanded surface and can be used in 7.5 or 9.0 mm thickness, depending on the weight of the stone / brick slips.Available sheet sizes are 2400 - 2700 - 3000 mm long and 1200 mm wide.

eterpan has been assessed by Branz for use as an exterior cladding to have a durability of 15 years uncoated and 50 years coated, due to its unique FLOW-ON production process. Download it here.

THE SYSTEM:

VentClad - timber battens are castellated on both sides to allow drainage and ventilation. The battens are made from Radiata Pine, and after machining are CCA treated to H3.2. PBS Distributors designed the system to offer a superior base for stone bricks, but adhesion specifications and weathertightness of sheets joints, has to be designed and guaranteed by the manufacturer of the stone / brick slip system.
